Hospices Civils de Lyon

As a Public Centre of Excellence, “Hospices Civils de Lyon” is the second largest University Hospital Network in France. Mona MASSOUD

Mona MASSOUD, is an obstetrician, specialist in fetal medicine and fetal therapy.

Mona is the Coordinator of Multiple Pregnancies unit and Vice-chair of the fetal medicine department at the University Hospital “Femme Mère Enfant – HFME” in Lyon performing fetal surgery on monochorionic twin pregnancies and conducting scientific research in the maternal and fetal medicine field. She collaborates and performs ultrasound follow-up for the Intrauterine Growth Restriction dedicated unit at the HFME university Hospital and participates as an expert to the elaboration of the French guidelines for the choice of fetal growth chart. Mona is chair of the International Board of the “French College of Fetal Ultrasound; CFEF” and an active member of the ultrasound training group organizing and performing brain and heart ultrasound workshops worldwide.

Pierre Azouri

Pierre Azouri is consultant in Fetal Medicine department at the University Hospital “Femme Mère Enfant” in Lyon. He performs referral ultrasound examinations for the fetal medicine unit and the Intrauterine Growth Restriction dedicated unit. He is an active member of the French College of Fetal Ultrasound, CFEF, and performs training sessions in fetal ultrasound.
